US Imperialist-in-chief Joe Biden met with the head of Chinese social-imperialism Xi Jinping in mid-November to discuss their collusion and contention. The meeting, according to the reports from both sides, sends out a signal of increased collusion seeking to minimize the contention which continues to exist between both superpowers.
Biden seeks to leverage China’s influence in the interests of normalizing Israel and its genocide of the Palestinian people by preventing further outbreaks of support for Palestine in the Middle East. Chinese social-imperialism has a lot of influence in parts of the Middle East and parts of Africa where it is the strongest, often trafficking in the anti-US sentiment existing in these regions.
For the social-imperialist China, the policy of peaceful coexistence with the US, the world’s sole-hegemonic imperialist superpower, were emphasized. Biden echoed this sentiment, adding veiled threat by stressing the need “to manage competition responsibly to prevent it from veering into conflict, confrontation, or a new cold war.”
Seeking their share in the oppression of the world, he Chinese social-imperialists expressed that “the world is big enough for both [the US and China] to succeed.” Xi, however, sought to preserve the role of Chinese social-imperialism in the development of critical tech like semiconductors by assuring Biden that “China does not have a plan to surpass or unseat the United States.”
Both the leader of the world’s sole hegemonic imperialist superpower and the world’s second social-imperialist superpower showed to understand which is the dominant one and which must continue with a smaller piece of the world to oppress.
Meetings between the imperialists are set to continue as both participate in the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation summit, taking place later in the week in San Francisco.
