Three Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents beat and abducted Colombian worker Juan Saldana outside his apartment in Mill Creek, Washington on October 11.

The attack was recorded on Saldana’s doorbell camera. Footage shows the agents shoving Saldana into his doorbell camera and pinning him to the ground as they detain him.

Saldana was not issued a deportation order, has no criminal history, and was detained on his way to work, his friend Leonardo Monsalve told local media KING 5. KING 5 verified that Saldana had no deportation order and no criminal record. Saldana is an asylum seeker, according to his friend.

Footage recorded before the incident shows several ICE agents gathered around the apartment complex. Monsalve said that Saldana was not the only person arrested and that the arrests have made local immigrants afraid of leaving their homes.

ICE has not published a statement regarding the attack.

The attack comes a day after an ICE agent drove into a man with his car after chasing him near Houston, Texas.

On October 9, an off-duty ICE agent attacked a 72-year-old man and his daughter in Fresno, California, after the father awoke the agent, who had been sleeping in the man’s front lawn. The father then shot the agent in self-defense. The police claim the agent appeared to be intoxicated, and he faces felony assault charges.
